By submitting videos, images, actor profiles, or other content (“User Content”) to Xtooni.com (“Xtooni,” “we,” “our”), you are entering into a binding agreement with Xtooni and agreeing to comply with all applicable laws and these User Video Submission Terms. Before any submission, you must create an account on Xtooni, providing truthful, accurate, and verifiable information.

By submitting content, you acknowledge and agree to abide by:

Failure to comply with these rules may result in account termination, content removal, and potential civil or criminal liability under U.S. law.

1. Membership and Account Creation

All users must have a verified Xtooni account prior to submitting any content.
Accounts are limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
By creating an account, you certify that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
Users are fully responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.

2. Eligibility to Submit Content

Only registered members with verified accounts may submit content.
All submitted User Content must comply with U.S. federal and state laws, including:

18 U.S.C. 2257 for performer age verification
Copyright and intellectual property law (DMCA Notice)
Adult content regulations and consent requirements

Submission of content by minors or illegal material is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Content

Permitted content:

Original videos or images created by the uploader featuring consenting adults
Accurate actor profiles with verified identities

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

Material depicting minors, non-consenting individuals, or illegal acts
Copyrighted or trademarked content without proper authorization
Malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory material

Users bear full legal responsibility for the content they submit. Xtooni will not be held liable for any illegal activity resulting from user submissions.

4. Submission Process and Verification

Draft Status: All submissions are initially placed in draft mode.
Staff Verification: Xtooni staff review each submission to confirm compliance with laws and site policies.
Approval: Content is only published once staff verify:

All required fields are complete
Performers’ ages are verified (18 U.S.C. 2257)
Content adheres to Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy

Rejection or Removal: Content failing verification will be rejected or removed, and the user may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xtooni from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their submissions.

7. Intellectual Property and License

Users retain ownership of their original content.
By submitting, users grant Xtooni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly perform content on Xtooni and affiliate sites
Xtooni reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or U.S. law.

8. Performer Verification

All performers must be 18 years or older, verified through proper documentation.
Age verification records must be maintained and provided upon request, in compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257.
Submission of unverified content may result in legal consequences and immediate removal.

9. Privacy and Security

Personal information submitted during content upload is subject to the Privacy Policy.
Users must not submit personal information of third parties without consent.
Any security breaches or unauthorized access must be reported immediately via Contact Us.

10. Enforcement and Compliance

Xtooni staff monitor content for compliance with all applicable laws and site policies.
